# AIpplied Labs

> AIpplied Labs is Kevin Magnan's AI consulting company based in the Chicago area. It builds lead response systems, chatbots and agents, company brains, AI-ready websites, and automations for owner-run service businesses, scoped in one conversation and live in 2 to 4 weeks. Clients own the code outright. Every engagement opens with a free 20-minute working session.

Kevin scopes every project and writes the code himself; there are no account managers or handoffs. The first paid step is a $750 micro discovery, after a free 20-minute call to see if it fits. Each build after that is a fixed scope and a fixed price. The Lead engine is $3,000; every other system runs $2,500 to $8,500, with half paid on signature and half on acceptance. Work is remote-friendly, and clients can be anywhere.
