Automate admin work and monthly reporting for a small business
AIpplied Labs takes repeated admin work off the desk: the report rebuilt by hand every month, the client asking where their job stands, the same data typed in twice. Systems run $2,500 to $6,000 fixed, each live in two to four weeks.
What gets built
| System | What you get | Fixed price | Live in |
|---|---|---|---|
| The monthly report | A report that pulls its own numbers and arrives on the same day every month. | $2,500 to $4,000 | Two to four weeks |
| Delivery line | One path every job follows, each stage dated, on a page the client can see. | $4,000 to $6,000 | Two to four weeks |
Each system is its own fixed-price phase. Half is paid on signature and half when it passes the acceptance test. See every price.
How it works
-
01
Find it
A free 20-minute working session on the biggest time sink in the business. The work happens live, and the owner leaves the same day with a one-page plan or a quick demo, a fixed price for the first phase, and a straight answer on what isn't worth building.
-
02
Fix it
AIpplied Labs ships work every week against a fixed scope, on the business's real data. The person who ran the working session writes the code, so no detail gets lost in a handoff. One home services build connected five lead sources to the company's CRM in four weeks.

03
Own it
Everything is delivered as owned code, on the client's own accounts, with documentation written for the team that inherits it. The second half of the fee is due only when the system passes the acceptance test agreed at the start.
Questions
Can you automate our monthly reporting?
Yes. It gets built one time and then builds itself. The numbers pull straight from the systems that produce them and it arrives on the same day every month, with nobody touching it.
Can clients see where their job stands without asking?
Yes. The delivery line puts the same path from signed to delivered on one page, each stage dated and visible to both sides. The client sees that page too, which is what removes the status meeting.
Can you build something specific to the way we work?
Yes, and most of my work is exactly that. The systems described on this page are patterns rather than products. I build each one against how one business actually runs, using the tools it already pays for.
If the thing you need isn't listed anywhere here, describe it in the working session. I'll give you a straight yes or no, with the reason attached.
Our records are a mess. Is that a problem?
It is the normal starting condition. Most of the useful material is already there, scattered across a shared drive, an inbox, a chat history, and a few people's heads.
I spend part of the first week of the build finding out what shape it is actually in, which is why I don't quote a fixed system before that look.
