AI chatbots and agents for small businesses

AIpplied Labs builds chatbots that answer on your website and in your inbox like someone who works there, from your own material. They handle what they can, book what they're allowed to, and hand the rest to a person. The AI teammate is $4,000 to $7,500 fixed, live in two to four weeks.

How it works

  1. 01

    Find it

A free 20-minute working session on the biggest time sink in the business. The work happens live, and the owner leaves the same day with a one-page plan or a quick demo, a fixed price for the first phase, and a straight answer on what isn't worth building.

Free · 20 minutes · Ends with a written plan and a price

  2. 02

    Fix it

AIpplied Labs ships work every week against a fixed scope, on the business's real data. The person who ran the working session writes the code, so no detail gets lost in a handoff. One home services build connected five lead sources to the company's CRM in four weeks.

Two to four weeks per phase · Fixed scope · Fixed price

  3. 03

    Own it

Everything is delivered as owned code, on the client's own accounts, with documentation written for the team that inherits it. The second half of the fee is due only when the system passes the acceptance test agreed at the start.

Owned outright · Half the fee on acceptance · Support optional

Questions

Can you build a chatbot that answers like someone who works here?

Yes, and that is the point of it. The AI teammate answers on the site and in the inbox from your own material, handles what it can, books what it is allowed to, and hands over what needs a person.

It escalates the moment it isn't sure, which is the part that makes it safe to put in front of clients.

Is this going to replace people on our team?

No. The point is to take the repetitive, low-value work off their desks so they can spend their time on the parts that genuinely need judgment. The businesses that get the most out of AI use it to make a small team more effective.

Where does our data live and who can see it?

In your accounts, under your control, on infrastructure you own. I need access to build, and I hand every credential back at handover.

I scope anything sensitive in the working session before writing a line of code, because getting that wrong is expensive.

Will our team need training?

Very little, by design. Tools that need a training program to survive tend to get abandoned. Handover includes documentation written for whoever inherits the system, in the language they already use for the work.
