Lead response and follow-up automation for service businesses
AIpplied Labs builds systems that answer every inquiry in under a minute and follow up on every quote without anyone having to remember. The Lead engine is $3,000 fixed and live in two to four weeks, depending on how many lead sources it connects.
What gets built
| System | What you get | Fixed price | Live in |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead engine | A capture form, routing rules, and a first reply that goes out in under a minute. | $3,000 | Two to four weeks |
| Quote to close | A board of every open job, the next action on each, and reminders that fire without being set. | $3,000 to $5,000 | Two to four weeks |
| First thirty days | A sequence that runs a client's first month: welcome, intake, access, kickoff, and check-ins. | $3,000 to $5,000 | Two to four weeks |
| Feedback loop | A two-question ask at the right moment, scored over time, with a flag when a score falls. | $2,500 to $4,000 | Two to four weeks |
Each system is its own fixed-price phase. Half is paid on signature and half when it passes the acceptance test. See every price.

How it works
-
01
Find it
A free 20-minute working session on the biggest time sink in the business. The work happens live, and the owner leaves the same day with a one-page plan or a quick demo, a fixed price for the first phase, and a straight answer on what isn't worth building.

02
Fix it
AIpplied Labs ships work every week against a fixed scope, on the business's real data. The person who ran the working session writes the code, so no detail gets lost in a handoff. One home services build connected five lead sources to the company's CRM in four weeks.

03
Own it
Everything is delivered as owned code, on the client's own accounts, with documentation written for the team that inherits it. The second half of the fee is due only when the system passes the acceptance test agreed at the start.
Questions
Can you stop inquiries from going cold?
Yes. Every inquiry lands in one place the moment it arrives, tagged by where it came from, with a first reply already sent. Follow-up reminders fire on their own, so nothing goes quiet without someone hearing about it.
Will it work with the tools we already pay for?
That is the default. Part of the working session is finding out which tools are already paid for and underused, because the cheapest system is usually the one that runs on what you already pay for.
What if it doesn't work?
Nothing ships until you have tested it and are comfortable with how it works, so a system that can't do the job never reaches handover. I work in weekly increments for the same reason: problems surface in week one, while they are still cheap.
Do we have to commit to everything at once?
No, and it usually works better in phases. A first phase handles the single worst bottleneck, ships, and proves the approach against your real data before anything bigger gets scoped.
Each phase is priced and agreed on its own. Stopping after one is a normal outcome.
